Also note that the O2 pleth continues undisturbed throughout the period of the questionable arrhythmia.  This is a good example of artifact simulating ventricular tachycardia.\n<p>Another worrisome rhythm\u2026<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/torreyekg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/333.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/torreyekg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/333.png\" alt=\"333\" width=\"495\" height=\"114\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-580\" srcset=\"http:\/\/torreyekg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/333.png 495w, http:\/\/torreyekg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/333-300x69.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThis rhythm strip is slightly more difficult to define because the O2 pleth has some artifact throughout the strip.
